  • Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager who will support over 200 employees across the US and partner with other senior leaders.
  • This person will provide strategic HR functions such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, learning & development, but also employee relations, policies & procedures, training, legal compliance, coaching, and similar functions.
  • The 200 employees will vary from the most sophisticated financial titans of industry to real-estate/building techs in the field.
  •  Employee Relations and the ability to lead National HR projects is key.
  • A distinguished Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of HR experience required; Masters and HR certifications preferred.
  • Ideally, you would come from industries like professional services, hospitality, retail, finance, real-estate or investment management and will be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a super polished experience.
  • Salary would be over $110k and highly flexible for the right experience!

HRBP/Mgr - Global Fortune 500 Mfg (Logistics/MfG Division) - Greater LA area - $90-$120k

Crucial Hire is looking to re-engage our High-Potential, Fast Promotion HRBP Network for an amazing global multi-billion dollar and Fortune 500 company that operates in over 60 countries and employs over 60,000 people. 

  • HR Business Partner is needed to provide support to Manufacturing and Logistics senior leaders across 250 non-union employees in two local locations in South and East of LA.
  • Open to all backgrounds as long as there is a history of promotions, ideally an advanced HR Degree, HR Certifications, dynamic personality, and/or coming from other mega companies. 
  • HR skills that this candidate needs to poses include: performance management, talent development, coaching leaders, employee relations, organizational development, total rewards, and other related skills with specific focus on domestic (and preferably international) mobility. Knowledge of California Labor Law is also required. 
  • Ideal background may include the factors listed below (or willingness to attain them over time):

  • - Working for a Fortune 2000 company with great HR (or similar)
    - Graduating with a Masters in Human Resources (or similar pedigree certifications)
    - Plant, production, engineering, labor or distribution facility experience
    - A high-potential HR person just off the HR Leadership Development Program or a recent promotion
    - Highly promo-table and open to move for aggressive promotion in Major US and Global Cities after 1-3 years with the company

Account Management/Business Development/Sales Intern

Since high quality is core to business we also attract the best employees to work with. We are looking for an Account Management/Business Development Intern to support our office in the Gold Coast. We support some of the most well known Global Fortune 500 companies as well as some of the most prestigious start-ups and privately held companies across Chicagoland and other US big cities. 
 
- We are a small, extremely successful, start-up firm with a large Rolodex of major client companies that span Fortune 500 clients to cutting edge privately held companies. We have developed a database with over 40,000 names so we need to make sure to keep up with everyone. There are too many current and former clients to call and keep up with so this is a majorly warm territory and success and development is assured for the right person.

- We have a great relaxed but competitive culture. This candidate will be developed, trained, and stretched on actual current and former clients. There will be unfiltered access to how business is done including sending out requests for proposals, coaching candidates, and closing deals. We need a very curious intern to continue to seek new business opportunities by developing and maintaining existing and building new relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree or At least  30 credits completed for Internships.
Experience: Prefer at least 2 years of experience at the same company in: retail, customer service, sales, social work, nanny, coaching. teaching, or any role that requires constant communication.
Majors Preferred: Totally open to all majors but prefer majors in HR, Communications, Psychology, History, Business, Marketing , Literature, Philosophy or majors that require a lot of written and verbal communication.
Communication Skills: People who have the proven ability to write and apeak with executives will be highly preferred.









    • Required: Bachelor's degree. Must have a history of success and have billed at least $100k in their most recent 12 months of employment.
