- Almost 100% of calls will be a continuation of warm leads, hot leads, and an continuation of our emails to keep in touch. We need outgoing, sales oriented, proactive candidates with strong communication skills to boost sales and contribute to develop our long-term business growth by using different sales/marketing techniques such as cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, social media, database development, and others.
- You will be also setting up calls with our recruiters and support in making deals. You need to be able to work independently but also collaborate with the rest of the team.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree or At least 30 credits completed for Internships.
Experience: Prefer at least 2 years of experience at the same company in: retail, customer service, sales, social work, nanny, coaching. teaching, or any role that requires constant communication.
Majors Preferred: Totally open to all majors but prefer majors in HR, Communications, Psychology, History, Business, Marketing , Literature, Philosophy or majors that require a lot of written and verbal communication.
Communication Skills: People who have the proven ability to write and apeak with executives will be highly preferred.
- Required: Bachelor's degree. Must have a history of success and have billed at least $100k in their most recent 12 months of employment.
- Preferred: Masters. Agency recruiting experience in IT, Finance and HR is highly desirable.
